Owner Craig Dusing brings a wide range of automated machining and manufacturing experience to Electric Vehicle Solutions Inc, having owned and operated a successful mold manufacturing business for the past twenty three years. CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), and CNC (Computer Aided Machining) systems are integral to the mold manufacturing business, and we are committed to applying these same manufacturing techniques to the production of electric vehicle conversion components.

What was the range of your tercel conversion

The Tercel has about a 25 mile range at normal traffic speeds (45-60mph). The MK gel batteries are 93ah capacity. 13.4KW for the 144V string.

Correction: I incorrectly identified the batteries in the above comment as 93ah capacity. They are in fact 88ah capacity batteries.
